There is no official fee obligation for a court marriage/civil marriage/love marriage in Pakistan, except the Nikah Registration Fee and Union Council Fee for issuance of a NADRA Marriage Certificate.
How Much Does a Court Marriage Cost in Pakistan?
Actually, there is no fixed court marriage fee or civil marriage fee but the professional court marriage fee including other cost/expenses of a lawyer and Nikah khawan and documentation, attestation by the Justice of Peace, and Nikah registration charges have to be paid by the wedding couple. There is no fixed fees for a lawyer and Nikah khawan elsewhere in Pakistan, so they charge fees as per their experience.
