Is Online Marriage Legally Valid in Lahore?
Yes. Nikah requires free consent of both parties and two witnesses, and does not require both parties to be physically present together. A party who cannot attend appoints a Vakeel via a Wakalatnama, exactly as we explain on our Online Nikah Service page. The marriage is registered under the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961.
