A straightforward adult Nikah with complete local documents is different from a matter involving an overseas party, foreign nationality, Wakalatnama, previous marriage, section 6 issues, translation, attestation, protection concerns or urgent travel. The professional fee should therefore be based on scope rather than an outdated universal number.

Does the Fee Include the MRC?
Not automatically. The Nikah, statutory registration and later Marriage Registration Certificate are related but distinct stages. A quotation should specify whether MRC assistance is included. Official issuance times and authority charges are controlled by the relevant local process and should not be guaranteed by a private service provider.
Does a Low Price Mean the Full Legal Process Is Included?
Not necessarily. A very low advertised figure may cover only Nikah solemnisation or a limited part of the service. Couples should ask whether the quotation includes document review, Nikah Nama completion, registrar coordination, registration assistance, MRC follow-up and any required legal work.
